France, most supermarket chains market our products in the form of meat
sold at the self-service or traditional butcher's counters and, increasingly,
in the form of processed products under the brand name of Soviba (burgers,
luxury burgers, kebabs, sausages, slightly salted and smoked products, sliced
and diced meats, cooked meats in sauce, melt-in-the-mouth steaks, etc.).
In
1999, we produced 200,000 tons of meat, all species taken together, including
30,000 tons of processed products marked under the SOVIBA brand or under
Distributor brand names.
Our
